My name is Sara, chef and manager of Posada Eltzaburu, and I have been passionate about cooking for far too long, in my opinion... For me, cooking is about welcoming, sharing, and creating memories.
Posada Eltzaburu was born out of a desire to offer authentic, generous, and humane cuisine, so I decided to take action.
